All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

All applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed before payment is finalised.

Original shipping fees are non refundable in the event of a change of mind return.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, customs processing, peak periods or events outside our control.

Once dispatched, all parcels are fully trackable. Tracking details will be provided via email.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are payable by the recipient.

Customs clearance may cause delays beyond estimated delivery timeframes.

Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address information, failed delivery or non collection:

• Return to sender fees charged to us may be deducted from any refund
• Additional shipping fees will apply if you request the parcel to be resent

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.

Where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Authority to Leave

If Authority to Leave is selected, responsibility for the parcel transfers once it is marked as delivered by the courier.
